Jessica Sellman
Licensed Professional Counselor & Supervisor
Hi, I’m Jess Sellman. I created Caddis Fly Counseling in order to provide honest, down-to-earth therapy for Idahoans in a welcoming, professional space. With more than seven years of experience in mental health, I continue to be inspired by the resilience and strength my clients show every day. Watching them gain confidence, make values-driven choices, and move toward the life they’ve envisioned is one of the greatest honors of my work.
My approach is grounded in the belief that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is the most powerful tool for change. From the very first session, I incorporate practical, evidence-based strategies while bringing warmth, empathy, and even humor into the process. I’m trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, and Internal Family Systems, and I tailor care to each client so they feel supported in building clarity, purpose, and confidence. I enjoy working with teens, student-athletes, adults, as well as providing support for retirees and the elderly population.

Outside of my counseling work, I restore my own energy through fly fishing, camping, and traveling–both across Idaho and abroad.

Kiernan Thomas
Licensed Professional Counselor
Hi, I’m Kiernan Thomas, a Licensed Professional Counselor with Caddis Fly Counseling. I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. I know how overwhelming it can feel to carry heavy emotions or face transitions without knowing where to turn, and my goal is to provide a space where you feel supported, understood, and equipped to move forward.
I believe that healing happens when we have the right support, and I enjoy helping people build and strengthen those support systems in their own lives. My counseling style is person-centered, meaning I meet you where you are and tailor our work to fit your unique needs. I primarily draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focuses on learning how to make space for difficult emotions, connect with your values, and take steps toward the life you want to create. Together, we’ll focus on practical skills as well as deeper self-understanding, so that you feel both grounded and empowered.

I provide counseling exclusively through telehealth, making therapy flexible and accessible no matter where you are in Idaho. Outside of my counseling work, I recharge by spending time with my family, being in nature, fly fishing, and endurance running. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to shift, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

RaeVonne Cox
Licensed Professional Counselor
Hi, I’m RaeVonne, and I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to show up exactly as you are. Whether you’re navigating questions about your identity, processing a faith transition, exploring your neurodivergence, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to figure it out alone. My goal is to create a warm, affirming space where you feel genuinely seen, respected, and supported as we work together toward the life you want to build.
My approach is person-centered, which means I meet you where you are and honor your unique experiences and values. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping clients develop a different relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions while moving toward a life that feels meaningful and authentic. I have a special passion for working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent clients, and those experiencing faith transitions or religious deconstruction. I understand that these experiences can bring both grief and growth, and I strive to offer a space where every part of your story is welcome. Together, we’ll focus on building self-compassion, discovering what matters most to you, and finding practical ways to move forward with greater confidence, flexibility, and hope.
