Paying for Therapy
At Caddis Fly Counseling, we want payment to feel simple and transparent so you can focus on your healing, not paperwork. Below are the options available to you:
Private Pay (Self-Pay)
- Individual and family sessions are $200 each (rates can vary depending on the service).
- Many clients prefer this option for privacy and flexibility in their care.
- We accept all major debit and credit cards. Your card will be charged securely after each session.
Using Insurance
If your plan includes mental health benefits, we’re happy to bill your insurance directly. Before starting therapy, we’ll help verify your benefits and explain your copay, deductible, or any out-of-pocket costs.
In-Network Providers
We work with a number of major insurers in Idaho. If we’re in-network, your insurance will be billed directly and you’ll be responsible only for your copay or deductible.
Out-of-Network Providers
If your insurance isn’t in-network, you may still be able to use your benefits. In these cases, you’ll pay the session fee at the time of service and we can either bill your plan as a courtesy or provide you with a “superbill” to submit for reimbursement.
Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)
We may also accept EAP benefits with prior authorization from your employer’s provider. Please note: EAP referrals must be arranged before services begin.
Good Faith Estimates
If you prefer not to use insurance, we can provide a Good Faith Estimate outlining expected costs for your care so you know what to expect financially.
Card on File
For your convenience, we require a credit or debit card to be kept securely on file. This makes payment for sessions, copays, and fees simple and automatic.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $75 fee.
