The atmosphere Jessica creates provides clients with warmth, compassion and her reflective nature increases confidence while helping clients identify their own strengths. Specializing in anxiety, grief and loss as well as trauma, Jess enjoys supporting clients through a variety of phases and helping them reach goals. When people have experienced trauma, physical symptoms often manifest as well as interpersonal challenges. The approach of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) has been proven to improve people's mental and physical health while increasing engagement in life. This evidence-based practice has demonstrated effectiveness in addressing symptoms related to attachment trauma, childhood trauma and overwhelming life events such as loss or accidents. Jessica takes a holistic approach to mental health, addressing the mind and body through an integrated therapeutic approach.

Jess is dedicated to providing personalized care to each of her clients and is committed to ongoing training and education to stay current on the latest research and techniques.
